General cold-pressed oil color is lighter, hot pressing and pre-pressing extraction of oil color darker. After refining decolorization vegetable fats oil color is very clear. From plants fats colors, we not only can see the purity of fat, and can help to understand the quality status. Usually the same kind of oil color the more light, the more pure quality.
