Moisture and impurities on the transparency of vegetable oil, safekeeping has a significant impact, vegetable oils through refining, the content of moisture and impurities of 1 and 2 grade oil does not exceed 0.05%. Usually if the water contains about 0.3%, it can make oil color, opacity, and even rancidity deterioration. In this regard, it can be identified by sensory observation.
