Identification of edible oil by transparency

Good quality vegetable oils at room temperature should have no floc suspended matter, it was completely transparent. If the vegetable fat contains a high melting point substances (such as wax, protein, etc.), or contains water, phospholipids and impurities, or soap remained in refined oil, the grease transparency drop, at room temperature was slightly turbid or turbid shape. Grease packed in a colorless transparent glass (or plastic bottle), and against the light observation, whether the suspension can be identified.
